Ballet Jörgen returns with one of the most well-known ballets in the classical repertoire.

Artistic Director Bengt Jörgen has reimagined this production of Swan Lake in the picturesque seascape of Louisbourg, Nova Scotia. The elaborate sets, designed by Camellia Koo, reflect the beauty of Canada’s national heritage park and provide a dramatic backdrop to Robert Doyle’s 17th-century costume designs.

Ballet Jörgen brings this full-scale production to the stage with 24 dancers, sweeping imagery, and the enduring score by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
