Theatre Experience

The theatre doors are typically open 30 minutes before a performance begins. Balcony level seating is accessible by staircases on either side of the lobby. If you need any additional assistance, please ask a Playhouse Volunteer usher when you arrive.

Coat check service is available by donation, located on the left as you arrive in the lobby. Volunteer ushers manage the cloak room at every performance; donations go toward funding our School Field Trip programs. Patrons needing an Assistive Listening System or booster seats can pick these up at the coat check. Please click here for more information about our Accessibility options.

Signage marking seating zones is posted throughout the lobby; please have your tickets scanned by an usher to ensure you are seated in the correct place.

Washrooms are available on either side of the lobby and are wheelchair accessible, with specifically assigned stalls in both the men’s and women’s washrooms.

A bar offering drinks and concessions is located in the East Gallery and is open during performances. When available, pre-order your drink before the show for quicker pickup during intermission.
