The Fredericton Playhouse welcomes Fredericton area Schools and Students participating in our School Choirs and Indigenous Music classes as part of the 79th Annual Fredericton Music Festival. The cost is $2 per session (children have free admittance) or $20 for a festival pass that can also be used for the junior and senior concerts in May.
The Fredericton Music Festival is an adjudicated music festival that is hosted annually for both competitive and non-competitive classes, primarily for youth. The festival is hosted in multiple venues across the city promoting the knowledge, study, and appreciation of music in the City of Fredericton and surrounding areas. It recognizes merit through concerts, awards, scholarships and prizes and is open to the Public.
The school choirs will be here on four separate mornings:
Monday April 27 from 9:15am to 12:00pm
Tuesday April 28 from 9:15am to 12:00pm
Wednesday April 29 from 9:15am to 12:05pm
Thursday April 30 from 9:15am to 11:00am
The Indigenous Music class will be here on Thursday April 30 from 11:00am to 12:00pm
