Ticketing Operations Manager
Fredericton Playhouse Inc., a charitable non-profit organization that manages and develops a 709-seat performance venue, has an exciting opportunity for a ticketing service professional to join our team.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Ticketing Operations Manager is responsible for the ticketing (box office) business unit which includes:
- leading a team of ticketing agents
- managing the configuration and use of licensed ticketing system software (AudienceView)
- managing online content and services, and
- database management
They work collaboratively within the senior management team to deploy a high level of customer service (in person and online), providing tools and strategies to serve clients and stakeholders both internally and externally.
A technology and customer-driven force, the successful candidate will have a combination of experience and training in customer service, CRM/e-commerce systems, database marketing and web-based technology. Bilingualism is considered a definite asset.
Working in a collaborative, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment, they can demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and have an aptitude for working independently and as part of a team. They can demonstrate strong competencies in web-based customer relationship management (CRM) applications and providing client services. They will enjoy the challenge of developing audiences and support for the Fredericton Playhouse and will have an appreciation of the public value of the performing arts (e.g., music, theatre, dance, etc.).
Salary and benefits will be based on the successful candidate’s experience and training. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, the starting annual salary range for this position is $51,937 to $67,519.
