At the Fredericton Playhouse, we know that learning can happen outside of the classroom, and we believe there is value in visiting the theatre at a young age. That’s why each year we offer a series of school matinée field trips and Playhouse tours designed to expose students to the magic of live, professional performing arts. Our series offers performances for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in music, theatre, dance, and more! Plus, give your students a behind-the-scenes look at how a professional performance venue operates, including a look backstage and a lighting and sound demonstration. Tours of the Playhouse are free of charge, usually between 60 and 90 minutes, and booked based on availability of the theatre. Book...
