Red Sky Performance: Trace

Red Sky Performance is a leading company of contemporary Indigenous performance in Canada and worldwide. Their work highlights the originality and power of contemporary Indigenous dance, theatre, music and media, enabling new creations to expand the breadth and scope of Indigenous‐made work in Canada.

The Dora Award-winning company’s newest work, Trace, is a highly kinetic contemporary dance work inspired by Anishinaabe sky and star stories offering a glimpse into our origin and our future evolution. Trace is directed/concept by Sandra Laronde, choreographed by Jera Wolfe, and music by Eliot Britton.
